Zanpaku-to
Lightweight Katana; Wabisuke. Hidden within a raven-clad sheathe rests Izuru’s zanpaku-to. Per usual the zanpaku-to will be at his side, fastened to a dark obi with golden detail that hangs fairly loose against him. It’s appearance is like most katana in that is has a deep, graceful curved blade; a darken ridge running from the tip to the guard. Izuru’s however is more curved then usual, which forces him to fight fairly different. Its hilt is garnished with an emerald lacing while the square-shaped guard is a golden color.

Shikai
With a sufficient amount of spiritual pressure being channeled throughout Izuru a sudden sapphire burst will engulf his entire being, his sheathe dispersing into thousands of particles which will then surround Wabisuke’s blade. Giving off a turquoise aura these particles will attach to the katana blade, vibrating at rapid speeds enough to tear apart the lattice of molecules making it up. Unstable in such a state the particles will clash, reforming the blade, however, it takes on a different sort of shape; this brought about because the particles from both the original katana and the sheathe merge. More often then not Izuru will utter the phrase “omote wo agero” [raise your head], giving his opponent a fair warning that the end is in sight since the blonde sees fit to remain courteous even during battle.

Upon finishing the initial reaction the blue aura’s will fade, leaving Izuru with his new zanpaku-to; a large hook like katana. Familiar with fighting techniques using this odd shaped blade Izuru has no problem taking on several people with ease. In addition to being able to fight, the blade gains a rare ability; each swift strike of the sword doubles, and can even triple whatever it hits. Nothing is immune to this ability, and within mere seconds an opponent can be brought to their knees leaving them vulnerable and at the mercy of Izuru.
